The Farmhouse kitchen has beamed ceilings and is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machines, microwave, fridge, cooler, freezer, oven, hob, television, cd player and seating for eight people.

The sitting room has a beamed ceiling and open log fireplace, Sky television, CD player and French doors that open onto the terrace.The study has a double sofa bed and French doors that open onto the terrace.

There is also a door off the study to a ( 14 degree ) cave cold room for storage of wine etc.

First floor

Double bedroom with large double bed, fitted cupboards and has an extra large ensuite bathroom.

Second double bedroom with fitted cupboards.

Twin bedroom in beautiful blue design with fitted cupboards

Bathroom with w.c and a seperate w.c.

An extra twin bedroom is available off the courtyard.

Outside

The beautiful courtyard has a large terrace with barbeque, pizza oven, seating for eight people, table tennis and swimming pool.

There is also a seperate w.c. opposite the swimming pool.

The house is air-conditioned throughout.
